Event Day Steps

  1. Arrive via your designated entrance

    Rows A–C: Sherwood Ave. Rows D–F: Oak St driveway (before Montessori).

  2. Unload at your space

    Keep lanes clear. Unload efficiently, then move your vehicle.

  3. Park in Lot B

    All vendors not in VIP must park in Lot B (front of gym).

  4. VIP Parking (Full Sponsors)

    Place your company name on the driver-side dashboard for identification.

Rules & Notices

Do

  • Display your company name on the driver-side dashboard (VIP only).
  • Unload quickly, then move vehicles to Lot B.
  • Follow entrance guidance for your row (A–C or D–F).

Don’t

  • Do not park at the Preschool.
  • Don’t block aisles or emergency access lanes.
  • Don’t occupy the VIP lot unless you are a full sponsor.
NO parking at the Preschool.
Lovie’s will be on site to tow vehicles in violation.

FAQ

Can I park at the preschool?

No. Preschool parking is prohibited and subject to towing.

Where do I park if I’m not a full sponsor?

Use Lot B after unloading at your space.

How do I access the VIP lot?

VIP lot is reserved for full sponsors. Place your company name on the driver-side dashboard.

What if I arrive at the wrong entrance?

Follow staff directions to loop to the correct entrance (Sherwood Ave for A–C, Oak St driveway for D–F).
